GUIDELINES FOR BEACH UMBRELLAS RESELLING SERVICE

The seasonal customers of SIL SPA will have the opportunity to resell the rented beach umbrella on the days when they do not plan to use it and they can make it available for other daily bookings.

If the beach umbrella is purchased by another user, the seasonal customer will receive a voucher worth 20 % of the daily price provided by resell, that can be used during the next season.

The beach umbrella released by the seasonal customer will be immediately visible online and orange.

The beach umbrellas available for reselling will be offered for sale by SIL SPA at a rate higher than the standard daily rate (daily price increased by 25%).

The beach umbrella can be released only logging into your reserved area on the website: www.lignano-riviera.it/booking.

The seasonal customer can modify the availability at any time as long as the beach umbrella is still available for sale and not purchased by a standard user.

If the beach umbrella is resold, it is no longer possible for the seasonal customer, who made them available, to make any changes.

The seasonal customer can check the periods in which their umbrella has been occupied in the reserved area, in the section “gestisci il tuo account – codici da riscattare”.

In case the beach umbrella is resold, the customer will receive an email during the night.

The seasonal customer at the end of the season will receive an email with the code and the amount of the voucher, which can be used during the next season.

Please note that the voucher can only be used at the time of payment of beach umbrella. 

Follow these step-by-step instructions:

• If you are already registered, you can access the reserved area by entering your email and password. If you are not already registered you can just indicate your email and click “Recover password”. You will receive an e-mail with a password.
• Go to your personal area and select “Ordini”
• Check the reservation and click “Dettagli”
• Click “Richiedi Reselling”
• Accept the conditions
• Click “Continua”
• Click “Reselling”
• Choose the dates in which do you want to free the beach umbrella (you can only free one day at a time).
