Purpose of processing and legal basis
The personal data voluntarily provided by you (such as personal, contact, banking and tax information), through the booking form on the website www.lignano-riviera.it and the contact forms on the websites www.sil-lignano.net and www.parcotermalerivieraresort.it will be processed for the following purposes:
1) to respond to your information requests, provide quotes, and manage the bookings requested by you;
2) to manage registration on the website necessary to formalize the reservation and proceed with payment;
3) to fulfill the resulting accounting, tax, and administrative obligations.
The legal basis for the purposes listed under points 1) and 2) is the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject or a contract of which the data subject is a party. The provision of data is a necessary requirement for the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures. Complaint to the supervisory authority
